What is your minimum order quantity?: Retail orders have no minimum. Wholesale tiered pricing starts at 100 units per SKU, and private-label OEM production starts at 3,000 units per formulation.
How long does production and shipping take?: Stock SKUs ship within 3–5 working days. OEM production runs 18–25 days after sample approval. Air freight lands in 5–9 days; ocean freight in 22–38 days depending on destination port.
Can you match a specific spice level or recipe?: Yes. Our R&D team develops to a written brief or reverse-engineers a reference sample, then delivers up to three sample rounds before mass production.
Which certifications do you hold?: FDA facility registration, CE conformity documentation, ISO 22000 and HACCP, with per-lot certificates of analysis. Halal-compatible formulations are available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?: Retail: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. B2B: wire transfer, letters of credit and approved Net 30 credit terms.
Do you support dropshipping and distributor commissions?: Yes. We operate a multi-site distributor program with commission tracking, marketing asset packs and territory support for approved partners.
